Do I need to have ADHD or be neurodivergent to work with you?
Not at all. While I specialize in supporting neurodivergent souls, my coaching and healing work is open to anyone seeking clarity, healing, and personal growth.
What is Flash Tapping, and how is it different from regular tapping (EFT)?
Flash Tapping is a rapid technique that calms the nervous system and neutralizes emotional trauma — often in minutes. Unlike regular tapping, it works without you needing to relive painful memories, making it gentle, safe, and effective.

Who is it for?
How do online sessions work?
Online sessions are just as impactful and meaningful as in-person sessions. Many people find them to be a valuable option because they save time on travel, make therapy accessible from anywhere, and offer more flexibility in scheduling.
We meet over a secure video platform, and it’s important to have your camera on during our sessions. Just like in person, I can learn a lot from your facial expressions, body language, and subtle responses — all of which help me support you more fully.
While some types of therapy can feel different in person, that doesn’t mean they’re less effective online. In fact, many clients discover that online sessions feel even more comfortable, convenient, and deeply impactful because they’re able to connect from the safety of their own space.
What results can I expect?
Every journey is unique. Many clients report feeling lighter, more focused, and emotionally stronger after just a few sessions. Long-term, my work helps you break cycles, build confidence, and live aligned with your true self.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Absolutely. I believe it’s important to make sure we’re a good fit before beginning our work together. A consultation gives us both the opportunity to connect, talk about your goals, and get a sense of what working together will feel like.
A good fit means you feel comfortable with me, and I feel confident that I can support you in the best way possible. When that alignment is there, I know I can serve you at the highest level.
At any point in our work, if either of us feels it’s no longer the right fit, that’s a great opportunity for open communication and reassessing. My priority is always serving you to the highest — and if that means someone else can support you better, I’ll gladly help you find the right person.
